Our Clinic Providers

Brian Haupts, P.A.-C.

Location: DMOS West Des Moines

Brian Haupts brings over 17 years of experience as a Physician Assistant to DMOS’ Urgent Injury Clinic. He has centered his career in Orthopedics and Emergency Medicine. He has worked with orthopedic surgeons in surgery, hospital and clinic settings specializing in sports medicine, joint replacement and general orthopedic trauma. Brian also has worked closely with Des Moines University Physician Assistant program as adjunct faculty and clinical preceptor.

Brian is a native of Manson, Iowa. In his free time, he enjoys attending his kid’s events and working outdoors.

Charlie Graham, P.A.-C.

Location: DMOS West Des Moines

Charlie has over a decade of experience in orthopedics as a physician assistant. He completed his Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies at Des Moines University and then joined the DMOS Orthopaedic Center team. At DMOS, he is passionate about helping people and provides exceptional care at our Urgent Injury Clinic. From sports injuries to fractures and sprains, you can rely on Charlie to provide expert care.

When he is not helping patients, Charlie enjoys spending time with his family, cheering for the Steelers and Notre Dame football teams, training for triathlons as well as being active with his church and faith.

Elisabeth Jeffords, P.A.-C.

Locations: DMOS Ankeny and West Des Moines

Elisabeth Jeffords joined the DMOS team after more than 15 years of experience in patient care as a Physician Assistant. She received her Bachelor of Science in Premed Studies from Bob Jones University, and then went on to complete her Master of Physician Assistant Studies from the University of Iowa.

When not seeing patients, Elisabeth enjoys spending time with her family – husband Brian and 4 children, Victoria, Alexander, Emmeline and Eleanor.  She also is an active member of Ankeny Baptist Church, where she also serves as the nursery coordinator.  When she has time, she enjoys watching sports, especially college football. (Go Hawkeyes!!).
